Air India Invests $200 Millon on Modernising Digital Systems, to Deploy ChatGPT-Powered AI Chatbot Air India is set to use an AI-powered chatbot backed by OpenAI's ChatGPT technology. The airline, which has invested $200 million (roughly Rs. 16.3 crore) as part of its efforts to modernise its technology expects to sustain this pace of investment over the next five years, it said on Monday.
