Meta vs US FTC: Regulator Will Not Appeal in Fight to Block Takeover of VR Content Maker Within The US Federal Trade Commission (FTC) will not appeal a court's decision in its fight to block Facebook parent Meta from purchasing VR content maker Within, the regulator said. However, the FTC could still attempt to stop the deal as part of a process before an FTC administrative law judge that is set to take place on February 13.
