Apple Said to Be Working on Expanding Smart-Home Lineup With iPad-Like Smart Display, Faster Apple TV Box Apple is said to be working on several smart home devices that could challenge rivals Google and Amazon. These include new smart displays as well as a faster Apple TV streaming device. The latter was previously updated by the company in October, and the latest model comes with the iPhone 14’s A15 Bionic chip and a remote control that features a USB Type-C port.
