Twitter Set to Introduce New Controls for Ad Placements to Lure Advertisers Back After Elon Musk Takeover Twitter is set to roll out new controls for companies to control where their ads appear on Twitter, according to an email sent to advertisers. The company earns 90 percent of its revenue through advertising, and new CEO Elon Musk has blamed civil rights organisations that have pressured brands to pause their Twitter ads for a "massive drop in revenue".
