Social Media Intermediaries Must Have Due Diligence About Content, Says MoS Rajeev Chandrasekhar Social media intermediaries have serious obligations and responsibilities under Indian laws, said Union Minister Rajeev Chandrasekhar on Wednesday, adding that the failure to observe due diligence could have consequences. He said that the government wanted all intermediaries to feel comfortable but they should also meet their responsibilities.
