NRAI Says Zomato Pay, Swiggy Diner Discount Offers Against Restaurant Owners' Interest : Report The NRAI, or the National Restaurant Association of India, has reportedly issued an advisory to members stating that the discount programmes offered by companies like Zomato Pay and Swiggy Diner are not in favour of restaurant owners. The NRAI has also lashed out against commissions charged on transactions, according to a report.
