Toshiba to Boost Sales With Clean Energy, Infrastructure, Data Services; Reports Rise in Quarterly Profits Toshiba reported a JPY 25.9 billion (roughly Rs. 1,540 crore) profit in the April-June quarter, up from JPY 18 billion (roughly Rs. 1,070 crore) a year ago, the company said on Wednesday. The Japanese firm is currently working on revamping its brand image and reassuring investors about its management, even as it is considering taking the company private.
