Apple Faces Fine in Russia for Violating Antitrust Laws Over App Store Apple will be fined by Russia's competition authority for violating the country’s antitrust laws by violating its dominant position in the app store market, according to the regulator. The Cupertino company will face a turnover-based fine after an administrative investigation, the federal anti-monopoly service said.
