Microsoft Enters Labour Neutrality Agreement With Union, to Activate Terms in 60 Days Microsoft has agreed for a labour neutrality agreement with Communications Workers of America (CWA) to allow employees to make fair choice about union representation. The company President Brad Smith earlier said that Microsoft will not resist unionization efforts from its employees.
