Facebook Owner Meta Loses Appeal in Russian Court Over 'Extremist Activity' Tag: Report A Moscow court on Monday reportedly rejected an appeal brought by Meta Platforms after it was found guilty of "extremist activity" in Russia in March. Meta's lawyer in March told a court that the company was not carrying out extremist activity and was against Russophobia.
