Amazon's Appeal Against Future Group Deal Antitrust Suspension Dismissed by India Tribunal Amazon’s plea against antitrust suspension of its 2019’s $200 million investment deal with Future Group was dismissed by an Indian Appeals Tribunal. The tribunal held Amazon accountable "for its failure to provide relevant information on the combination".
