UGC Drafts Handbook on 'Digital Hygiene', Details Redefined Protocols for Virtual Classrooms University Grants Commission (UGC) has released a draft handbook on "Digital Hygiene", which includes recommendations for virtual classrooms including secure internet browsing, closing webcam and computer audio when not in use, and not downloading content while using public Wi-Fi.
