ACT Fibernet Launches 1Gbps Broadband Plan in New Delhi, Adds New Entry-Level Offering to Expand User Base ACT Fibernet on Tuesday expanded its broadband plans in New Delhi by launching the 1Gbps plan called ACT Giga. It will bring up to 1Gbps download and upload speeds at a monthly rental of Rs. 1,999. Additionally, ACT Fibernet has brought a new entry-level plan called ACT Welcome that is available at Rs. 549 a month.
