WhatsApp Request to Stay Notice from India’s Competition Authority Denied by Delhi High Court WhatsApp’s request to stay a notice from Competition Commission of India (CCI) asking the instant messaging app to respond to certain queries was rejected by the Delhi High Court on Wednesday, June 23. WhatsApp and Facebook had challenged the CCI notice in the court earlier this week.
