YouTube Updates Terms of Service to Run Ads on Videos by Small Creators, Without Offering Revenue Share YouTube has updated its Terms of Service to start rolling out ads on small channels that aren’t a part of the YouTube Partner Programme. The new change is initially applicable in the US, though it is planned to go live in all regions by the end of next year.
