EU Digital Chief Invites Tech Giants to Discuss Draft Rules That Could Curb Their Powers A European Union official said on Thursday that EU’s digital chief has invited companies including Google, Apple, Amazon, and Facebook for video talks next week to discuss draft rules that could curb their powers. The proposed rules will be formally presented on December 9.
