MTNL Launches New Rs. 399 Prepaid Plan, Reintroduces Rs. 1,298 and Rs. 1,499 Packs for Limited Period MTNL Mumbai has reintroduced the Rs. 1,298 data pack and the Rs. 1,499 prepaid plan for a limited period. These two plans will expire on November 11 this year. They both offer long-term validity and 2GB of data per day.
